Hey loves! My friend Kelsie really wanted to be in one of my videos so of course I was excited when she asked. She doesn't have a crease so I thought it was a perfect idea to show you guys some make up on different types of eyes! This is a baby blue look because she really wanted to use my mutiny pigment so this is what I came up with. Sorry the first part of the video got cut off but all I did was put a primer, NYX baby blue jumble eye pencil and the mutiny pigment dry over the NYX. Then it goes from there when I"m using the Plumage in the crease! Enjoy everyone!
